Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return Policy

If a customer wishes to return a product after delivery:

  • The return shipment must be arranged by the customer.

  • The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • All original accessories, cables, and packaging should be included with the returned item.

RF Army is not responsible for damage during return shipping if the product is not packed properly.

Product Inspection

Once the returned product is received:

  • Our technical team will inspect the product thoroughly.

  • The inspection will determine whether the issue is due to manufacturing defect, damage, or misuse.

  • Based on the inspection results, RF Army will decide the appropriate resolution.

Repair or Replacement

If the product is within the warranty period:

  • The product may be repaired or replaced, depending on the condition and technical evaluation.

  • The final decision regarding repair or replacement will be made by RF Army after inspection.

Products found to be damaged due to improper usage, installation, or external factors may not qualify for warranty service.
